Rules for oral translation :
1. Advance payment of 100% must be paid maximum 24 hours before agreed appointment. For hourly based, the client must pay 100% tariff of the first hour as advance payment.
2. Advance payment will be returned 100% if translator fails to attend the appointment.
3. Advance payment will be returned 50% if the client cancels the appointment.
4. If the client wishes to change the appointment time and place, the client must inform the translator 24 hours before the agreed time. If the client is too late to inform the changes, such as after the translator has arrived at the agreed place in time, then the appointment is automatically cancelled.
5. Translation time begins when translator arrive at the specific room agreed upon. Therefore, please avoid waiting.
6. For excess time after every an hour period’s fee is counted as additional 1 hour’s fee and the fee must be paid when the translation service finished. If not, additional fee will be added to advance payment of the next appointment.
7. For daily service, if the total hour is more than 8 hours than the additional fee will be counted based on hourly service’s rule, if the client wants to continue. For this case, additional fee must be paid when the translation service finished. If not, additional fee will be added to advance payment of the next appointment.
口语翻译规则：
1。顾客必须在离约定某天雇佣翻译员的24小时内支付100%预付款。若顾客选按小时的翻译服务，顾客必须在离约定某天雇佣翻译员的24小时内支付第一小时费用为预付款。
2。 若翻译员在约定当天没出席，100%预付款将还顾客
3。 若顾客已交预付款后要求取消约定，50%预付款将还顾客
4。若顾客已交预付款后想更换约定时间和地点，必须离约定某天雇佣翻译员的24小时内通知。若翻译员已抵达约定地点后才得知更换时间和地点的通知，当天的约定自动取消
5。雇用时间从翻译员到达约定地点算起。所以请顾客安排好使尽量避免等待
6。 若按小时算有剩余时间，这剩余时间的费用就等于增加1小时的费用。总费用必须在服务结束付清。若没有付，剩余的费用将加到下次雇用翻译员预付款的总数
7。若顾客选整天翻译服务时发现翻译时间超过8个小时。剩余的时间将按每小时费用计算。总费用必须在服务结束付清。若没有付，剩余的费用将加到下次雇用翻译员预付款的总数。
